Designed to simplify primary care, DPC offers unlimited comprehensive and advanced primary care services for a flat monthly fee, with plans available for adults and dependents ages 3 and older.

Members benefit from unlimited in-office and virtual visits, same-day scheduling, extended appointment times, lab testing, wellness support with registered dietitian coaching, ongoing condition management and personalized health guidance. Convenient scheduling and secure messaging are also available through MyChart. Members may additionally participate in the 12-week Healthy You weight loss program designed to support long-term healthy lifestyle goals.

Fully owned and operated by Prisma Health, DPC offices in Greenville and Columbia are staffed by experienced providers and clinical support teams committed to delivering trusted, patient-centered care.

Beginning in 2026, members can now use HSA funds to pay DPC membership fees, creating even greater affordability—especially for self-employed professionals utilizing pre-tax healthcare dollars.
